Nga gjeneratat q\u00eb krijuan n\u00eb margjina, shpesh pa infrastruktur\u00eb kulturore dhe pa p\u00ebrkrahje shtet\u00ebrore, arti sot po rishfaqet si nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kritike e mendimit dhe nd\u00ebrhyrjes estetike. Artist\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb realitetit; ata jan\u00eb aktor\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb artikulojn\u00eb pozicione kritike dhe prodhojn\u00eb diskurse t\u00eb reja p\u00ebrmes gjuh\u00ebve vizuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Historikisht, arti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ka funksionuar si mburoj\u00eb simbolike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur identitetin, kujtes\u00ebn dhe dhimbjen kolektive. N\u00eb kushtet e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb institucioneve, arti ka mbajtur barr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit kulturor. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb kontekstin e sot\u00ebm, ai po evoluon n\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb reflektimi publik, ku \u00e7\u00ebshtje si trauma shoq\u00ebrore, tranzicioni politik, identiteti dhe raporti me modernitetin trajtohen me metoda t\u00eb avancuara konceptuale dhe estetike. Ky ndryshim n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb zhvendosje nga funksioni mbrojt\u00ebs i artit drejt rolit t\u00eb tij prodhues: prodhues i dijes, i kritik\u00ebs dhe i ndjeshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb re kolektive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galerit\u00eb dhe hap\u00ebsirat artistike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak jan\u00eb thjesht vende t\u00eb ekspozimit; ato po b\u00ebhen zona debati, laborator\u00eb t\u00eb eksperimentimit dhe institucione q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb riformulojn\u00eb raportin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb ardhmen. Kjo dinamik\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse pozitive, shpesh zhvillohet n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb politike kulturore koherente, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e v\u00eb artin n\u00eb pozit\u00eb paradoksale: t\u00eb avancuar konceptualisht, por t\u00eb pamb\u00ebshtetur institucionalisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arti bashk\u00ebkohor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk aspiron t\u00eb p\u00eblqehet; ai k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb lexohet dhe t\u00eb kuptohet. N\u00eb thelb, ai synon t\u00eb \u00e7montoj\u00eb mekanizmat e dukjes, t\u00eb problematizoj\u00eb narrativat e ngrira dhe t\u00eb ekspozoj\u00eb ato q\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb padukshme n\u00eb diskursin publik. Kjo e b\u00ebn artin nj\u00eb mjet kritik dhe nj\u00eb form\u00eb rezistence simbolike.
