Today, it circulates throughout public culture, often in forms that are less formal but no less significant. We encounter interpretation, evaluation, and critical reflection in films, social media, podcasts, online reviews, and everyday conversations. In this sense, literary criticism has become part of a broader cultural practice: the effort to understand how meaning is created, communicated, and contested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">One of the most important shifts in contemporary criticism is the recognition that literature is part of a larger cultural network that includes film, music, digital media, and public discourse, which can all be approached as texts that invite interpretation. The question is no longer only \u201cWhat does this text mean?\u201d but also \u201cHow is meaning produced?\u201d and \u201cWho participates in creating that meaning?\u201d This broader understanding of criticism is closely connected to the notion of literariness which can be understood not as a fixed property of literary texts, but as a potential within language itself. Any use of language\u2014whether in poetry, film dialogue, advertising, social media, or everyday speech\u2014can become literary when it draws attention to itself as language: when it shapes rhythm, image, ambiguity, metaphor, or emotional intensity in a way that slows down ordinary communication. From this perspective, literature is not a special language, but an activation of possibilities already present in language itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let\u2019s illustrate this diversity through Shakespeare's Sonnet 18, one of the most famous poems in English literature. Traditionally, the poem has been read as a celebration of beauty and the power of poetry to preserve it beyond the passage of time. Yet different theoretical perspectives invite us to see different aspects of the same text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A feminist reading might ask who has the power to speak and who becomes the object of representation. A psychoanalytic reading could focus on the poem's underlying anxiety about mortality and loss. A deconstructive approach might question the poem's confidence that language can truly overcome time, pointing to the instability of meaning itself. New Historicism would place the poem within the cultural and intellectual world of the Renaissance, while ecocriticism might explore its representation of nature and its assumption that art can surpass the natural world. Reader-response theory would emphasize that the poem's meaning is not fixed but emerges through the interaction between text and reader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto qasje nuk p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Versionet e ndryshme nuk e riprodhojn\u00eb thjesht let\u00ebrsin\u00eb,&nbsp;&nbsp;ato e interpretojn\u00eb at\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb shihen si nj\u00eb form\u00eb kritike. Nj\u00eb adaptim bashk\u00ebkohor i Shekspirit mund t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb, rac\u00ebs, klas\u00ebs apo pushtetit politik, t\u00eb cilat nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb leximeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme. Po k\u00ebshtu, filmat e bazuar n\u00eb romane shpesh i riformulojn\u00eb historit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur shqet\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs son\u00eb. Duke vepruar k\u00ebshtu, ata i ftojn\u00eb shikuesit t\u00eb rishqyrtojn\u00eb tekste t\u00eb njohura nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrime t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teatri i&nbsp;William Shakespeare&nbsp;nuk funksiononte mbi iden\u00eb se publiku ndahej sipas inteligjenc\u00ebs, arsimit apo nivelit kulturor. P\u00ebrkundrazi, teatri ishte nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb publike e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn bashkekzistonin audienca t\u00eb ndryshme : e nj\u00ebjta shfaqje mund t\u00eb prodhonte t\u00eb qeshura p\u00ebrmes komedis\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshirje emocionale p\u00ebrmes ngjarjes dramatike dhe reflektim intelektual p\u00ebrmes gjuh\u00ebs retorike apo referencave filozofike.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ky model krijon nj\u00eb paraleliz\u00ebm t\u00eb fort\u00eb me kultur\u00ebn bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb mediave, sidomos me rrjetet sociale. Edhe sot, platformat digjitale mbledhin audienca heterogjene rreth t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs p\u00ebrmbajtje, ku nj\u00eb postim mund t\u00eb lexohet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht si humor, emocion, koment politik ose objekt estetik, var\u00ebsisht nga m\u00ebnyra si shp\u00ebrndahet dhe interpretohet. Ashtu si teatri elizabetian, edhe rrjetet sociale funksionojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes spektaklit, atyp\u00ebratyshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe interpretimit t\u00eb shtresuar, ku kuptimi bashk\u00eb-prodhohet nga krijuesit dhe publiku n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale. Megjithat\u00eb, ndryshe nga hap\u00ebsira fizike e teatrit, platformat digjitale e p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces dhe e fragmentojn\u00eb m\u00eb tej v\u00ebmendjen, duke prodhuar nj\u00eb fush\u00eb interpretimi edhe m\u00eb fluide dhe t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kritika shfaqet edhe n\u00eb forma q\u00eb tradicionalisht nuk jan\u00eb konsideruar akademike. Podkaste, klube leximi, recensione filmash, dhe diskutime n\u00eb rrjetet sociale marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb prodhimin e kuptimit kulturor dhe d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se interpretimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb monopol i ekspert\u00ebve. Lexuesit, shikuesit dhe publiku n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb bisedat e vazhdueshme mbi tekstet dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ky demokratizim i kritik\u00ebs ngre pyetje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. N\u00ebse kuptimi prodhohet nga shum\u00eb z\u00ebra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, kush ka autoritet? Pse disa vepra b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e kanonit, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjera mbeten n\u00eb margjina? K\u00ebto pyetje na kujtojn\u00eb se let\u00ebrsia dhe kultura nuk jan\u00eb hap\u00ebsira neutrale, por vende ku negociohen vlera, identitete dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pushteti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, kritika mund t\u00eb kuptohet jo si nj\u00eb veprimtari e specializuar akademike, por si nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u angazhuar me bot\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kritike dhe krijuese. T\u00eb analizosh nj\u00eb poezi, t\u00eb interpretosh nj\u00eb film, t\u00eb diskutosh nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb apo t\u00eb v\u00ebsh n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje nj\u00eb rr\u00ebfim kulturor do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendim kritik.
