Ka aktor\u00eb pa diplom\u00eb. Ka skenografi t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Ka tragjedi pa tekst. Ka komedi pa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. Ka personazhe q\u00eb nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb bindje m\u00eb shpejt se kostumet. Ka monolog\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr studio ku askush nuk d\u00ebgjon ask\u00ebnd. Ka duartrokitje me pages\u00eb morale. Dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, ka publik q\u00eb nuk del kurr\u00eb nga salla.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktor\u00ebt u tmerruan. Ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb dikush ua thoshte se realiteti kishte kaluar n\u00eb repertor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00eb nat\u00eb vendos\u00ebn ta shp\u00ebtonin teatrin. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb shfaqje krejt ndryshe. Pa maska, pa aktrim, pa metafora, pa simbolik\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm realitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E quajt\u00ebn:&nbsp;<strong>\u201cPak realitet, ju lutem.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjen e premier\u00ebs, salla ishte pothuajse bosh. Kishin ardhur vet\u00ebm tre spektator\u00eb: nj\u00eb kritik q\u00eb flinte me sy hapur, nj\u00eb ish-minist\u00ebr q\u00eb kishte ardhur gabimisht duke menduar se ishte panel, dhe nj\u00eb plak q\u00eb kishte hyr\u00eb aty p\u00ebr t\u2019u ngrohur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shfaqja nisi pa muzik\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb sken\u00eb doli nj\u00eb njeri i zakonsh\u00ebm. Ish-ministri u kollit. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr propozoi q\u00eb realiteti t\u00eb futet n\u00eb sken\u00eb vet\u00ebm me masa mbrojt\u00ebse, sepse mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb vetvetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drejtori i teatrit, i d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar, thirri p\u00ebrs\u00ebri trup\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGabimi yn\u00eb,\u201d tha, \u201cishte se menduam se njer\u00ebzit duan realitet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPo \u00e7ka duan?\u201d pyeti aktorja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuan teatrin e jet\u00ebs,\u201d tha ai. \u201cPor pa bilet\u00eb, pa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe pa fund.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At\u00ebher\u00eb aktori i vjet\u00ebr, ai q\u00eb kishte vdekur 217 her\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00eb, u ngrit ngadal\u00eb dhe tha:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNdoshta teatri nuk e ka humbur gar\u00ebn pse jeta u b\u00eb m\u00eb teatrale. Teatri u mund nga vet\u00eb realiteti kur realiteti m\u00ebsoi t\u00eb aktroj\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se aktor\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Politika e mori patosin. Mediat e mor\u00ebn konfliktin. Rrjetet sociale e mor\u00ebn monologun. Konferencat e shtypit e mor\u00ebn skenografin\u00eb. Fushatat zgjedhore e mor\u00ebn koreografin\u00eb. Skandalet e mor\u00ebn kulmin dramatik. Panelet televizive e mor\u00ebn absurditetin. Teatri nuk ka pse t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb panel tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb studio tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb kronik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb ceremoni tjet\u00ebr ku fjal\u00ebt dalin t\u00eb krehura dhe kthehen t\u00eb vdekura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse teatri do t\u00eb refunksionalizohet, ai duhet ta pranoj\u00eb humbjen si pik\u00ebnisje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo humbjen si dor\u00ebzim, por humbjen si metod\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teatri i ri duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb aty ku publiku nuk duartroket m\u00eb automatikisht. Aty ku fjala \u201creform\u00eb\u201d ting\u00ebllon si rekuizit\u00eb e lodhur. Aty ku \u201ctransparenca\u201d hyn n\u00eb sken\u00eb me drit\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb, por pa fytyr\u00eb. Aty ku \u201cinteresi publik\u201d rri n\u00eb karrigen e par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa askush nuk e njeh personalisht. Aty ku aktori nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrtas\u00eb, sepse vet\u00eb heshtja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb akuz\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunksionalizimi i teatrit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtje repertori, as vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtje publiku, bileta, marketingu, festivalesh apo bashk\u00ebpunimesh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje guximi institucional dhe moral: a mundet teatri t\u00eb b\u00ebhet s\u00ebrish vendi ku shoq\u00ebria sheh jo at\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb shoh\u00eb, por at\u00eb q\u00eb mundohet ta fsheh\u00eb?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teatri nuk duhet ta imitoj\u00eb realitetin. Realiteti tashm\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb me tepri. Teatri duhet ta nd\u00ebrpres\u00eb realitetin. Ta \u00e7aj\u00eb si plag\u00eb. Ta vendos\u00eb n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb. Ta l\u00ebr\u00eb pa grim. Ta zhvesh\u00eb nga titujt, protokollet, deklaratat, flamujt dekorativ\u00eb, kamerat e gatshme dhe duartrokitjet e porositura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb performojn\u00eb, funksioni i teatrit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb performoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funksioni i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ku performanca d\u00ebshton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ku politikani mbetet pa fjali. Ku analisti mbetet pa zhurm\u00eb. Ku gazetari mbetet pa urgjenc\u00eb. Ku qytetari mbetet pa alibi. Ku aktori mbetet pa mask\u00eb. Ku publiku, p\u00ebr pak \u00e7aste, nuk mund t\u00eb fshihet pas publikut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb strategjia e re: jo teat\u00ebr si zbavitje e but\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb lodhur, por teat\u00ebr si dhom\u00eb e marrjes n\u00eb pyetje. Jo sken\u00eb si dekor kulturor, por sken\u00eb si vend ballafaqimi.
